not yours]
I grew up in South Pasadena, California and have lived there all my life. Throughout my youth, my main interests were in fine art, racing remote controlled cars, and building scale models.
During high school, I was introduced to photography and joined the Copa De Oro yearbook staff. There I shot, developed and printed photographs for our yearbook. It was awesome. Around that time, I saw the movie Terminator 2 - Judgement Day; fell in love with it, and discovered a new passion, visual effects.
In college, I studied Information and Computer Science but on the side my interests focused on computer graphics and visual effects. After college I worked full-time doing visual fx for an IMAX film. After that project, the industry slowed down and so I decided to try the "dot com" craze at a startup company named Handshake.com. A little over a year later, I quit the company to re-pursue my visual fx passion. Currently, this is what I've been doing.
